    Peak Winter Season

    ¥150,000.- per night
    21st December 2020 - 24th February 2021

    Shoulder Winter Season

    ¥150,000.- per night
    25th February 2021 - 31st March 2021

    Spring Skiing

    ¥150,000.- per night
    1st April 2021 - 31st April 2021

    Golden Week (Japanese Holiday)

    ¥150,000 - per night
    29th April 2021 - 4th 2021 May

    Obon (Japanese Holiday)

    ¥150,000.- per night
    12th August 2021 - 15th 2021 August

    TERMS

    1. Rates are in Japanese yen per night.
    2. Minimum saty of 3 nights during wither peak season.
    3. We accept payment via credit card or international bank tranfer.
    4. 50% deposit required within 1 week of booking to confirm reservations.
    5. There is a 8% mandatory Japanese sales tax that will also be added at invoicing.
    6. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
    7. Cancelations with less than 8 weeks notice or “No Shows”, sorry no refund.
    8. Cancelations from 8 to 12 weeks notice will incur a cancelation fee of 30% of deposit paid.
    9. Booking and refunds subject to bank charges, typically 3,000 yen.
